At the National, the 18 hole Championship Course is 6232 meters, par 72 and designed by Ryder Cup Player David Feherty, has played host to the PGA European Turkish Seniors Open in 1996 and 1997. David Feherty has incorporated aspects of the best courses he has competed on in the world, and has ensured that no two holes are similar. Carved through a forest of eucalyptus and pine trees with the back-drop of the snow capped Taurus Mountains and an abundance of natural lakes, the National will test players of all abilities.

The National is grateful to David Jones, Senior Player who led his consultancy since the beginning of the National to improve the conditions and design of the course.

The National was opened in late 1994, but it has taken only six years to win international recognition. In the year 2000 UK's Golf World magazine ranked the course as the number 42 and in the year 2001 - as the number 39 golf course in mainland Europe, and also in Germany's Die Welt magazine ranked this course as the number 9 golf course on the European Mediterranean coasts in 2000.

Kemer Country and Golf Club

With its golf course and extensive buildings and facilities, KG&CC Golf Club is undoubtedly Istanbul's most impressive golf club. Set up in a wooded area, the course is 6300 meters long, with 18 holes 73 par.

The golf course, designed by Joan Dudok van Heel, according to USGA specifications, answers the needs of all golfers whether they are beginners or professionals in search of a challenge. One of the basic principles of this club is to make golf available to a wider public, like other sports. Beginners who attend the classes specially prepared for them by professional golfers are soon able to tackle the 18-hole course. Another particularity of the club is that it encourages golfers to get together after a game in order to foster a bond among members.

KG&CC offers you many opportunities to develop your skills, with a training green, coaching services, private lessons and the option to take part in tournaments and competitions. A driving range, as well as chipping and putting greens, are available next to the Club House.

These facilities enable our members, beginners or experienced players, to perfect their technique, focusing on fine points that will prove crucial when they play in tournaments.
